if your child has/had a pacifier, how long are you planning on them
using them/did they use them? my son has one with him all the time. my
dh and i are guilty of giving it to him/having it clipped to him. we
were talking tonight about starting to wean him now (easier sooner
than later) but wonder what we should do? our son is now 7 1/2 months
old. we are thinking of just allowing it at bed/nap time.

what did you do? how long did your child have it? was it hard for them
to give up?

thoughts/suggestions?

I got lucky and my only child who took a paci (Caitlin) quit it herself at 8
months. Ava had her thumb which she gave up herself at 6 months, and Bess
only had my breasts.
