Hey, Clarice, here I am!
Sorry late getting back, Maya somehow messed up my newsgroups and I
had to resubscribe to them with a million posts on each it seemed like,
but finally I think I've got them back.
Yes, today I am 14 weeks! Hard to believe sometimes! :*)
I am feeling great. Finally have energy to get things done around
the house, so I've been clearing out the study (which will be the
new nursery) and rearranging my hobby room to accommodate the study
stuff (like bookshelves, etc.) so I'm staying busy. Yes, I'm taking
lots of breaks and not overdoing it!
Got a call from the peri's office yesterday--the bloodwork from the
nuchal translucency u/s came back and everything was NORMAL, yay!
Praise God! :*) They'll be repeating the u/s next visit (Feb. 12th)
and another blood test, and hopefully those will be normal like the
first set. So far so good.
Nausea still comes and goes, not non-stop like it was. Appetite is
slowly coming back, had some spaghetti with sauce last night and
no heartburn, so that's a good thing. I imagine that the 10 or so
pounds I lost will be coming back in the next few months, LOL.
Thanks for asking! I can't believe Asher is almost a month old already!
Wow! That *is* fast!! :*) Hope he's settled into a great routine so
you can get some rest too!

Asher is doing great sleeping at night. He gets up maybe 2 times a
night. Which isn't bad. Im glad to hear your feeling better. Now i
know your getting some energy but you still need to take it easy!!!
(clarice shaking finger at ya) LOL That's great the nuchal trans
tests came back normal!! yeah!!! great news!! thank God!! So what
theme are you doing the nursery in?? I can't wait to hear!! I bet it
will be sweet whatever you decide!! They have so many cool new
patterns out and new themes since my kids were born!! I only gained 25
pounds with Asher and i have already lost 28 since i have had him!! My
ankles and feet were so swollen after i had him i couldnt even wear
shoes!! I totally forgot your feet do that after childbirth!! Its
amazing how much you forget after you have a baby!! LOL Well take
care and stay off your feet gal!
