Okay, I'm not that far along, so buying a whole lot of new
stuff really isn't that feasible yet.

There's an outlet mall not far from where we live, so yesterday
morning I made some free time FOR MYSELF for a change Smile and
decided to see if there were any maternity stores over there.
The weather was nice, and I got a little bit of walking exercise
checking out several stores. No maternity, but a Carter's, Osh Kosh,
Tommy Hilfiger for Kids, that sort of thing all in the same area.

There's a newer Gap for Kids and Baby that I hadn't seen, so I checked
it out--WOW! The prices really were bargain prices! Sometimes the outlet
malls aren't much different than the regular stores, if you know what I
mean. Wandered around in there wishing I knew what the babies' genders
are, there was so much cute stuff for boys and girls! Around by the
dressing rooms they had some winter stuff on a clearance rack--but I
couldn't believe the prices--cute little onesies with snowmen, etc. for
a couple of dollars...but obviously for boys or girls and not really
generic.

Then I found these cute little jackets made of velour on the outside
and that fake sheepskin stuff on the inside of the hoods. One set was
brown with a little yellow teddy embroidered on the front, the other
set was Christmas red with a silver embroidered teddy. They were
originally $14.99 *each* but were on sale for only $1.97 each!!!

I couldn't stand it and got 2 red ones and 2 brown ones. Smile
We're heading out this morning so I'll take a pic later of of them.
I can't stand it, they were so cute!! Smile

In the meantime, here's Maya's pic of my 16 wk bumps. Smile

I love love love outlet malls. We have a great one about 40 miles from
here. I go down there every 6 or 8 weeks, and I always go before Abby's
birthday and before Christmas. Gap is one of my favorite outlets, and I
also find great deals at Gymboree, Polo, Tommy Hilfiger, OshKosh, Old Navy
and Nautica. Since Abby is an only child, DH lets me go a bit overboard
with her clothes (she has WAY more clothes that any child needs) since we're
only doing this once. Gymboree is probably my favorite place to shop. I
usually only buy sale stuff at the regular store, but the outlet has good
prices and great sales. I need to go shopping now...
