The day before Abby's 3rd birthday and she has cut her hair!! With
Jasmine's safety scissors that she managed to swipe and sneak off with. She
has cut her fringe and at the back a patch right to the scalp!! thanks
goodness it's under other hair so it's kind of coverable. You think I would
have learned my lesson when Jasmine was 4 and cut off her fringe to the
scalp. Arrggggggggggggg the scissors were in a desk drawer and honestly
didn't think they held any fascination for Abby, let alone did I know she
help a desire to cut her own hair.

That's it scissors all 6 foot up now Very Happy

Rant over going to bake her cake.

I did that when I was 3, the day before Easter, and Mama was 5 months
pregnant. She went to a hair appointment and came home all beautiful and
found me with my bangs (fringe) cut almost to the scalp.

Funnily only Ian ever snipped his hair as a little one.

I hope you took lots of pictures it will be funny a few years from now

Not laughing at you, just at your little one, they have such timing. No?

My brother cut his hair when he was 3 I think. He blamed it on a Chinese
man that broke into our house and cut his hair! I don't know why it was a
Chinese man. I remember my mother trying not to laugh about it.

Sorry about her hair!

Oh it's so annoying that it's not the first time. Ahh well at least it will
grow although I wish that they didn't always trim the fringe so short!!

Hahahahahahaha that's so funny LMAO.

Abby swore blind that Jasmine cut her hair (I don't believe her) and though
blinding tears would not admit what she had done. I'm sure if she had
thought of it she would have blamed someone from out side the house Smile

When I was about five years old the little boy that lived next door to
us had bright red hair. He was a year or so younger than me. I cut
his bangs while we were outside playing. When our moms found out and
asked me what happened I told them that I cut it because he had grass
hopper spit on his hair. I don't know if that was true or if I made
it up because it was so long ago... but I can only imagine being that
little boys mom...

I did the same thing, my first day of Kindergarten! I had these new
"birdie" safety scissors, with the blade that looks like a bird's
beak, and I remember standing in front of my mirror, cutting "a
little", and thinking no one would notice. I walked out, and my mom
went crazy! I blame my total lack of "popularity" in school on my
first day's haircut! Now, it's a fond memory!

Isn't "safety scissors" the biggest false advertising name in the world?
Will only cut paper my foot.
