My 3 weeks ob postpartum check-up.....(asher's weight rechec

Well hallelujah he took me off the hypertension meds today!! Smile

My b/
p was normal today in the office. We took Asher with us today and the
doctor got to see him and the nurse held him. We gave him one of the
pictures my niece took of Asher for their baby board (they have all
the babies he has delivered on their wall in office). The one we took
he said "it kind of looks like that lady that does those calendars
with babies" and i said "Anne geddes"? He said "yeah that's the one"
he said "very original not like the other pictures we have up". LOL
I will have to not let that get to Mandy's head!! LOL We also went to
Asher's pedi today and he is finally gaining some weight!! He is now
8lbs. 4 ounces!! i am happy he is gaining now. So now he will go for
his 2 month checkup next that's awhile off though.

Just letting you guys know we are doing ok...........

Yeah, taking lots of breaks, putting my feet up when I feel tired,
napping when I need to (although that's let up quite a bit, as has the
nausea and queasiness!)--living the good life, watching soaps, eating
bon-bons, LOL. (Not really. Chocolate is still one of my food aversions,
wah!)

JP, the breastfeeding is going rather well this time!! Asher loves to

With twin sisters, and a sister with two sets of twins, having litters is
almost expected once in a while. Who knew that kind of fertility wasn't

I hear that! My mother had 8, my grandmother 6. Who knew that just
having children would be one of the most painful obstacles in my entire
life to overcome? Sad

9 weeks and gaining weight!!! Okay, I've had morning sickness (and afternoon sickness, and evening sickness) since the 4th week and it's starting to wear on me. But I don't mind it too much b/c that just tells me this little peanut is doing it's job in there. :-) Anyway, this is m

34 weeks now!! :) Just starting my 34th week today!! I can't believe it's almost here. I had my 1st NST on Wednesday and of course the baby wouldn't stay still for long for them to monitor him for very long so they sent me to the hospital for a BPP. He passed all 8 tests.

8 more weeks! ..and YIKES! I was 32 w I have 55 more days left until duedate..YAY ....and I haven't started getting ready yet, yikes! I gave away almost all baby things, some of them I sold for pennies at a fleamarket, so I need

27 weeks today I'm officially in my third trimester!! I did the glucose tolerance test (with the orange soda-y drink) this morning, and I passed! Don't know the exact numbers, but all that matters to me is that I don't have to do the three-hour test because I have rea
